JOIN THE MOVEMENTThe vision of MEMready is to drive impactful economic growth into all corners of our three-state region known as the Digital Delta, delivering high quality jobs to cities and neighborhoods. The program aims to identify and market greenfield & brownfield sites and buildings throughout the region. Where appropriate, we assist property owners and developers with site certification or other efforts to bring necessary infrastructure to a site.
MEMready serves as a one stop shop for all your industrial site needs, serving as a backbone and support for the Chamber’s Economic Development team. Our work relies heavily on our regional relationships with area real estate professionals, developers, and chambers of commerce. The inventory of available sites spans the entire Memphis MSA, encompassing Crittenden County, AR; Tate, Tunica, DeSoto, and Marshall Counties, MS; and Tipton, Fayette and Shelby Counties, TN. Our utility partners such as Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and Memphis Light, Gas & Water (MLGW), play a critical role in supporting our work, providing funding and expertise.
